Extract from the general terms and conditions of sale

By placing an order you are agreeing to our general terms and conditions of sale.  The full conditions are available on written request. 

The court of Tournai has exclusive jurisdiction on any type of dispute, unless Eurédia Factory prefers to elect another court.  This clause applies even with referral or incident request cases or when there are multiple defendants and no matter what the payment method.  The buyer must notify Eurédia Factory of any claims being made by recorded delivery within 3 days of the merchandise being received.  If these deadlines are not adhered to, the claim will be inadmissible by law and the buyer will therefore forfeit any right to compensation in any capacity whatsoever.

Prices are given in Euros as an indication only, Eurédia Factory reserves the right to make changes without any prior notice being given.  The price of services or supplies is that which figures on the quote signed by the client or failing that the price in effect on the day the order is received.

The delivery time for personalized cd-r and dvd-r are provided according to when valid and useable elements are received by our services and according to technical constraints.  Any delay in delivery cannot give rise to financial compensation and does not in any way justify canceling an order.

The transfer of ownership of goods is subject to full payment by the buyer.

Any graphics file which does not conform to our technical printing constraints will not be used unless we receive a written request from the client.

Prices are subject to typing errors.  Management reserves the right to refuse any order.  For individuals and companies located in Belgium only, the Auvibel tax will cost extra.  Some organisations are exempt from paying this tax, contact www.auvibel.be.  For overseas companies wishing to buy at the NET price, your international VAT number must be included.  If you do not provide us with this number, we will apply the Belgian VAT rate which is 21%.
